Mount Collembola and Mount Allan rise above Pigeon's northwestern slopes. I loved the crytalline snow on the rocks. Here is a close-up of the crystals.Mount McGillivray, Unnamed, and Skogan Peak provided the best view and lighting of the day. Here is McGillivray's gorgeous north end.Mount Rundle dwarfs the Town of Canmore.Once again McGillivray and the eye-catching Unnamed peak to its right.Mount Lougheed's summit is a place I definitely want to return to someday.I was on top of Grotto Mountain (center) a week ago. The views from these two mountains are quite different considering they are neighbors.Three Sisters rise above Wind Ridge which was a great trip I went on with my sister back in the summer.Even small mountains can surprise you with great views like this one of the south summit from the col. This part of the south peak offered a bit of a challenge amongst the fresh snow and small cliffbandsThis is looking back at the north summit. This ewe and lamb Bighorn Sheep had a quick glance back at me before taking off down the ridge.Gap Peak's interesting ridge works its way towards shapely Mount Fable and makes up this view to the north. One last look at Three Sisters with Pigeon's grassy south slopes in the foreground.
